Update 05/03/2014
Tantallon Victoria
The Tally Football Department creaked into action this week with a home game v Kelvinbridge where a win would see them move into second place in the league. Prior to kick off though there was panic within the Dept. as it turned out Tally Vic Cult Hero "The Tank" would have to be assigned a squad number (number 12 for the statto's out there) as it was the only shirt they could get to fit his "robust' frame
No 1-11 today as Tank has to wear 12 cos it's the only shirt fits him... #ffs #sake

With the issue resolved (no lubricant needed to get the top on i'm assured), It was time for kick off, with good luck tweets flying in from all over the twittersphere. It was the Tally Vic that drew first blood when that man #McQuadeforAlbion slotted home a first half pelanty with his typical aplomb but by half time it was clear that Kelvinbridge would be no pushovers, scoring twice to rip up Jan Lewicki's half time team talk. Despite his advancing years Lewicki fair knows how to get the best out of the boys and the Tally came roaring back in the second half, with #McQuadeforAlbion netting yet another Hat-Trick to fire the Tantallon boys into second place, four points behind the top spot with a game in hand
Wifflet / Westwood result sees us second in the league I think four points behind with a game in hand.
